The past few weeks our family has been busy preparing a new resource website for homeschooling parents.
AppsforHomeschooling.com is written by me (Jennifer Bogart) for homeschoolers, by a homeschooler. I’m a homeschooling mom of four, 8 months – 8 years. I’m an app-loving, aspiring geek dedicated to helping you hunt down the best homeschooling apps (iPhone/iPod/iPad) for your children. There are a lot of apps out there, let me help you narrow them down.
There are SO many apps out there now, how can you know which ones are worth your time and money? Which are best for certain subjects and certain grades? Our website is clearly organized to help you find what you’re looking for!

Our family has only recently entered into the world of using apps on our iPod Touch and iPad as a supplement to the homeschooling education of our children (this year in fact). New as we may be to the scene, it is abundantly clear to me that there is HUGE educational potential to be had in educcationally-based, engaging, interactive apps.
Sooo…I’ve started a new website! Apps for Homeschooling just launched last week but we already have many great reviews and giveaways planned – both in the week to come and for our grand opening, September 12th-16th.
In fact – we already have a giveaway in progress – it is open until Thursday night (September 1st) and is for promo codes (that means FREE downloads) of Park Math – a great app for Kindergarten early math studies.
